In addition to practicing Therapeutic Deep Tissue massage, Judy also specializes in Hot Stone Therapy, Reflexology, and the subtle but powerful Aviana Mindful Touch Therapy.
Additionally, Judy is a Certified LifeLine Practitioner and a LifeLine Technique 1-2-3 Plan Workshop Facilitator. The LifeLine Technique is a tool to discover, harmonize and interpret the root cause of symptoms and stress in the body — emotions that are trapped in the subconcious. By removing this roadblock, the body can do what it is designed to do — heal, regenerate and be whole.
"The spirit of my practice is dedicated to providing a therapeutic, healing treatment in a comfortable, sacred loving environment. Symptoms and stress in our bodies are often in layers, like the layers of an onion. I am most passionate about doing integrative bodywork and treatments that incorporate many modalities to peel away these layers.
is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist (NCTMB) specializing in Prenatal and Postpartum massage. She is a graduate of the Institute for Therapeutic Massage in New Jersey and is certified in prenatal massage by Carol Osborne-Sheets of Body Therapy Associates. Gwyn is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
Her practice includes Swedish and deep tissue techniques, Hot Stone Therapy, and Aviana Mindful Touch Therapy. She is also a Certified Educator of Infant Massage and offers classes throughout the Philadelphia area.
"I enjoy educating my clients about their self-care as this empowers them not only physically but in all aspects of their lives. I try to work out the kinks during their session and then give them some 'homework' to help the positive results last longer. Providing prenatal massage is such an awesome experience and I feel honored to be doing this work. It's amazing how many times a mom has said to me 'Wow, the baby was kicking like crazy all through the session!' This is the power and beauty of touch at work!"
is a devoted and highly recognized Vedic Conservatory certified instructor and certified advanced practitioner of Nuad Borarn Thai-Yoga Bodywork. She is also certified in all four levels of Five Element Shiatsu from The Meridian Shiatsu Institute and is a certified Reiki practitioner
While building her Shiatsu practice, she found that most of her clients enjoyed the few stretches she had to offer. When she would suggest that they try a yoga class, they often responsed “I am not limber enough to go to a yoga class.” Lo and behold in 2007, Debi was introduced to The Vedic Conservatory’s founder and director, Michael Buck, and discovered the mother lode of assisted yoga stretches. She blended her knowledge of the energy channels from her Shiatsu training and her experience with yoga with the teachings of The Vedic Conservatory into what she now refers to as Vedic Bodywork.
Debi is an avid yoga enthusiast and enjoys the many gifts that life has to offer such as family and friends, vegetarian cooking, gardening, traveling, music, dance, arts and culture. Debi lives in Philadelphia with her husband and daughter.
